I'm a follower and have been wanting some raspberry fizz stuff - but it always falls out of my cart for other things. My favorite summer food is grilled corn on the cob! L-O-V-E!

Hmmm, my favorite food is anything my DH cooks on the grill. Actually, he makes a big recipe of turkey burgers, and we freeze them. They are DELISH! Taste as good as raspberry fizz looks. Have been anxious to try PTI paper and felt since I'm a newbie but stamp sets have taken priority. Don't know where to start with the colors so RF would be a perfect start. Thanks for the chance at your giveaway, and I am a follower of your blog ~ love it, Amy!

I think my favorite summer recipe is a cold shrimp/asparagus pasta salad. A little lemon and olive oil makes for a fabulous yummy dinner when it's hot!

For me, nothing says summer like homemade strawberry pie. It was a staple at out annual cottage getaways the weekend school let out for at least a decade.

I love to make a fresh vine ripened tomato salad with soft creamy bocconcini mozzarella and slivers fresh basil and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. A little fleur de sel and freshly cracked pepper and voilà, a summer salad to enjoy in the sunshine.

Thanks for the chance to win! :)

Lemon Icebox Pie!
Something about it just says Summer.
And all that cool, tangy goodness...?
So delicious on a hot, humid Southern day.

Amy, you are so sweet for having these giveaways! Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met on or off the computer! :)

I'm a simple girl, so for me, my favorite summer food is fresh strawberries. Sometimes with fresh whipped cream, but mostly just on their own. I love being able to go to the farmers market and come home with a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies. But, between me and my 3 boys, we are lucky if the strawberries last an hour.

Raspberry Fizz so reminds me of summer. Can't wait til it gets here, especially since we got a pile of SNOW this weekend!

My favorite food must be the following Italian salad: Mozarella sliced in thin slices, with fresh italian tomatoes, also thinly sliced and fresh basil.

Arrange everything on a plate, refrigerate for a few hours, top it of with good olive oil and freshly ground black pepper. Yum!

Thank you for the chance to win and it's so kind of you that you are sharing all these goodies!

Ok Amy Beth you got me now! :) I just became a follower.

Is there any other food in the summer other than ice cream? I seriously could eat the stuff morning noon in night when it's so hot here in Kansas.

Thanks for the great give away!

Hi Amy! I saw your post on the PTI forums so I headed over and I am now following! :) For me, I live in a tropical country so everyday is summer, and my favourite summer food is a nice smoothie! I can't cook very well LOL so I'll refrain from sharing my 'recipes' lol... I get it from a juice bar, and the only thing I ever get is called a banana berry breeze! It has banana (lol) and strawberries, raspberries, and guava juice blended with some sorbet. It is DIVINE!!! I could have it everyday :) And there was a point in time I did have it every day :)

Thank you for giving us the chance to win ^_^

My favorite summer food is fresh blackberries. When we lived in Seattle, we had a bunch of wild blackberry bushes in our backyard. We would go out every night and pick a couple bowls of blackberries and put them on vanilla ice cream. Sometimes we just ate them right out of the bowl. That is one of the things I miss most about Seattle!

I'm now a follower! My favorite "recipe" in the summer is my dad's homemade iced tea. Like from tea bags on the stove. The first batch is always the best because he adds too much sugar - just how I like it!
